- Simple by default. A single form to report anything — safety, transport, infrastructure or environment. No jargon, no long forms.
- Local by design. Reports are geolocated and routed to the responsible team, so residents never wonder who to tell.
- Transparent by default. A shared map means everyone sees what's been raised and how it's progressing.
- Private where it matters. Anonymous reporting is supported for sensitive concerns.

GIS interoperability
imabi Geo is GIS-agnostic. Every report is stored with latitude, longitude and address and can be pulled into CARTO, ArcGIS, QGIS or any standards-based platform via open exports:

Authorised organisations can also configure automatic push to their own CARTO SQL API or ArcGIS Feature Service under Integrations. imabi Geo works fully standalone if no GIS is connected.
